Michael Green Bio

Michael Green is a Partner and leads the Property Litigation team in our Birmingham office. He is an expert in contentious property matters and his clients include local authorities, not-for-profit organisations, pension funds, property investors, developers and corporate occupiers. Michael has a particular specialism in advising portfolio owning clients in respect of lease terminations and redevelopment / regeneration projects, ranging from single-unit assets to £200m multi-unit schemes. Michael understands the practical and commercial way in which clients need contentious property matters to be handled, and he delivers his advice accordingly.
