Lynne Rathbone Bio

Lynne Rathbone joined Trowers & Hamlins in February 2018 to lead the corporate and commercial team in the Exeter office. Lynne has experience advising both private sector and public bodies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structures, alternative delivery models, restructuring, outsourcing, major projects, joint ventures, public/private partnerships, general partnership, collaboration agreements and equity investment as well as complex contracts. Lynne has particular expertise advising on alternative delivery models, trading structures, outsourcings and joint ventures, both public and private, as well as public/private collaborations. Lynne also works closely with our Agriculture and Landed Estates team, advising our rural clients on a wide array of commercial matters, from family farming partnership agreements to alternative business delivery models and asset protection to joint ventures for alternative use of land and delivery of development projects.
