Lynn James Bio

Lynn James advises both public and private sector clients on the full range of property litigation matters. She specialises in all aspects of leasehold management including service charge disputes, the right to manage, enfranchisement and lease extensions, forfeiture, possession of shared ownership leases, statutory lease extension and lease interpretation. Lynn represents clients in relation to all of these matters both at Court and in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). She also works closely with other organisations in the sector speaking regularly at the NLG and NHF conferences and for the RICS seminar programme.
