Debbie Howard is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Bahrain office which she has recently rejoined having previously spent two and a half years in the Trowers & Hamlins' London office. Deborah specializes in international dispute resolution and litigation and also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity funding, power, water and infrastructure development projects and telecoms projects.
