Nicholas Burt assists with Real Estate development finance of all kinds. Although predominantly active in the residential development market (including in the spheres of institutional, high street and HCA / Homes England development funding), Nick also advises a range of commercial real estate clients including those in the leisure market in owner occupier driven transactions. In the retail sector he has spent a significant amount of time assisting clients in the Motor Industry securing both site and development funding for dealership / showroom re-development programmes.
