Lynn Onyett advises on the sale and acquisition of freehold and leasehold property including large industrial and commercial sites for occupation or development and a range of retail, leisure and healthcare properties. Lynn works closely with the firm's Company Commercial team to ensure a seamless approach on the property aspects of a range of business acquisitions, disposals and restructuring. Lynn also specialises in secured lending. Her clients include national companies with multiple operational sites across England and Wales, property investors, developers and institutional and private banks. Lynn has worked in the South West region for over 20 years and has become widely regarded as an integral part of her clients' businesses. She is often called upon at an early stage of strategic planning to offer real world and tailored advice on proposals, helping clients to focus on the best way to achieve their aims. She has recently concluded a confidential takeover of a number of sites at short notice for a client to help them deliver on a national, time sensitive and multimillion pound government supply contract.
