Lucy James is a solicitor-advocate, partner and National Head of Commercial Litigation. Lucy's commercial Litigation experience includes arbitration, ADR, banking disputes, contractual disputes (breaches of confidence, restrictive covenants and warranty claims), defamation, fraud and investigations, high value and complex insolvency matters, IT disputes, professional negligence and partnership disputes. She also has considerable experience of public law (including Judicial Review) and contentious procurement matters. Lucy is recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for Administrative and Public Law and Commercial Litigation.
