Chen Ikeogu has considerable experience advising a wide variety borrower and lender clients on bilateral and syndicated real estate finance transactions. Chen's practice covers all aspects of real estate finance, including investment and development deals across a variety of asset classes. Chen has experience working across a range of sectors including residential, office, retail, logistics, student accommodation, healthcare and mixed-use developments.
