Marianna Seiler DeJager is a director with Tripp Scott and focuses her practice in the areas of corporate transactions, entrepreneurial business, and general business services. Using her legal and business knowledge, she aids entrepreneurs and established businesses in various corporate matters, including the structuring and completion of mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, real estate purchases/sales, contract negotiation and drafting, leasing, and general legal compliance. Marianna graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2014 with a B.B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Consulting. At Notre Dame, Marianna participated in the Student International Business Club competing on both the finance and accounting teams, placed first in the 2013 Deloitte Consulting Case Competition, and served as the Undergraduate Student Liaison and Committee Chair for the Relay for Life. Marianna received her law degree, cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law, and graduated with the Business Law Certificate with Honors and the Pro Bono Service Certificate. While in law school, Marianna served as Notes and Comments Editor of FSU’s Law Review, president of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi, and activities director of the Women’s Law Symposium. She competed in the Law Meets Case Competition, and her team finished as National Finalists in the 2017 Startup Venture Capital Competition in Palo Alto, California. Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Marianna served as a judicial intern for the Honorable United States District Judge Beth Bloom of the Southern District of Florida and clerked during school for Williams Gautier in Tallahassee.
