Yogesh Bhattarai is a Partner in the Mumbai office of Trilegal and is part of the Corporate practice group. Yogesh has significant experience in advising on mergers and demergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures (financial and strategic), business/asset transfers, cross-border transactions, financial and technical collaboration, and corporate advisory. Yogesh advises his clients on issues relating to acquisitions, structuring, entry and exit strategies, regulatory trends and compliances, strategic issues and developments in sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, healthcare, hospitality, education, financial services, real estate and information technology.
