Shivani Kabra is a Partner in our Mumbai office, having previously worked in London and Tokyo. She has extensive transactional and private equity experience, having advised a range of different domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, exits, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Shivani’s sector experience includes real estate, financial services and infrastructure. Shivani’s clients include Cushman & Wakefield, Mapletree Investments, GIC, Blackstone and RMZ (a leading Indian real estate developer).
