Shivani Kabra is a Partner in Trilegal’s Mumbai office and a part of the firm’s Corporate practice. She has previously worked in London and Tokyo. She has extensive transactional and private equity experience, having advised a range of different domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, exits, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Shivani’s sector experience includes real estate, financial services and infrastructure.
