He has led several complex and innovative transactions, which have since become market precedents. He routinely advises clients in a variety of sectors, including IT and ITES, software, logistics, e-commerce, micro-finance, fintech, education, manufacturing, technology, and business process outsourcing. Rishi has experience in advising clients engaged in sectors such as automobiles, mining, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, payments, online marketplace, housing finance and education. Rishi has hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating of transaction documents and diligence reports. In addition, Rishi specializes in ad-for-equity deals and has advised many Indian companies entering into such deals with leading media houses.
