Arnav Dayal is a partner in the Corporate practice, with a focus on M&A. Arnav has represented various Indian and multinational corporations and institutions on a range of corporate-commercial transactions, including strategic acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments. Arnav regularly advises on structuring investments and strategic issues in cross-border joint ventures. He has significant experience in transactions in diversified sectors, including renewable energy and infrastructure, telecommunications, information technology, e-commerce, retail, insurance and defence.
