Arjun Ghose Bio

Arjun Ghose is Partner at Trilegal and is a member of the corporate practice group. He has a diverse range of expertise that includes private equity, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and distressed assets. Arjun advises private equity firms and other corporate clients on various transactions, including minority investments, control deals and buyouts, acquisition finance, exits, and other corporate-related issues. He has experience working across multiple sectors, including infrastructure (particularly renewable energy and ports), edtech, and financial services.
