Since April 2021, Mike Watson has been the Firm’s Managing Partner. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, he led the Firm’s Corporate Team for more than 10 years. Mike began his career in the City of London as a corporate lawyer before moving to national law firm Clarke Willmott, where he spent a number of years before moving to Trethowans in 2009. Alongside being Managing Partner, Mike continues to specialise in advising on company related matters with a particular specialism in the sale and purchase of companies and businesses. Mike is regarded as a leading individual in this field.
