Marco Emma regularly assists corporate clients and non-commercial entities in matters of direct taxation (domestic and international), VAT and indirect taxes, on both ordinary and extraordinary taxation issues. He has successfully handled significant tax audits, pre-litigation proceedings, tax litigation up to the Supreme Court level, and ruling requests and refund procedures. Among his main clients are leading groups and companies operating in the energy and public utilities sectors, Italian and foreign industrial groups, and investment funds. He is a statutory auditor of several industrial and financial companies. Marco has been a speaker at tax conferences and seminars and a lecturer on specialist master's programmes. He is the author of several articles on tax matters published in Italian and international specialist journals.
