Specialising in commercial and financial law, he later focused his practice on tax law. Tax issues related to finance are a key aspect of his work as a lawyer, which includes prominent work on banking transactions, including acquisitions, structured finance and capital markets. He is also recognised for his work as a transaction partner in various complex LBO transactions, as well as in transactions in the oil and energy sectors. He has also advised on various securitisation transactions, IPOs and real estate transactions. For several years, he has been assisting various clients as a transaction partner in M&A transactions, not limiting his practice to tax law, but providing comprehensive legal assistance in relation to the transaction. He is the author of articles published in Italian professional and technical journals. He has participated as a speaker at numerous specialist seminars. He is currently a member of the board of directors or advisory boards of several companies, both banking and financial, as well as industrial, including listed companies. He has been a judicial administrator and custodian for numerous companies subject to composition with creditors, on behalf of the Court of Milan and the Court of Bari. He is an expert in financial asset management and is an active member of an important family office and personal advisor to entrepreneurs and managers of financial and industrial holding companies, as well as trusts. He has litigated before civil and criminal courts, tax courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
