Giuseppe Pizzonia Bio

With over thirty years of experience, Giuseppe Pizzonia assists corporate and private clients on various domestic tax matters. He provides consulting services, drafts legal opinions, handles ruling requests and provides assistance in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings (up to the Supreme court and European courts). His clientele consists mainly of large public and private companies (particularly in the energy, transport and entertainment sectors), leading Italian companies in the industrial, agricultural and service sectors, and non-commercial entities. He was a member of the Commission of Experts for Tax Litigation appointed in 2023 by the Ministry of Economy and Finance to advise on implementation of the reform of the tax trial procedures. He is a speaker at tax conferences and seminars for professionals and magistrates and has published articles on tax matters in books, academic journals, specialist publications and periodicals.
