Giovanni D’Ayala Valva assists corporate and private clients, including tertiary sector entities, with a particular focus on extraordinary corporate transactions, M&As, international and financial taxation, tax audits, pre-litigation proceedings, tax litigation up to the Supreme Court level and ruling requests. Giovanni also assists private clients, both Italian and foreign, in relation to transfers of residence, family asset management and planning. Among his main clients are Italian and foreign industrial groups, tertiary sector entities, high net worth families and family offices. He is a member of the Tax Law Commission of the Rome Bar Association. He is a speaker at tax conferences and seminars and has published articles on tax matters in Italian and international specialist journals. He is a statutory auditor and external auditor for tertiary sector entities and Italian and foreign foundations.
