Fabrizio Colombo has almost thirty years of experience in tax consulting and assistance for leading Italian and foreign industrial groups, private equity funds, banks and financial institutions, high net worth families and family offices, with a particular focus on corporate restructuring, M&A and private equity, real estate and real estate investment fund transactions, SIIQs (REITs) and SICAFs. He has also provided assistance to his clients during tax audits and in reaching pre-litigation settlement agreements. He has also gained significant professional experience in structuring management incentive plans, family asset management, trusts and succession planning.
