Melanie Myers-Khouri specializes in all aspects of commercial property, real estate and local land law; she has extensive experience advising mortgage companies, purchasers and sellers in real estate transactions as well as advising on Strata law and disputes involving apartments and management. Melanie also advises on patents and trademark licenses, labour relations, immigration matters as they relate to residence in the Islands, and private client work, including estate planning and probate applications.
