Jennifer Cringean Bio

Jennifer Cringean joined our Hong Kong office as Counsel with over 14 years’ experience having spent her prior legal career at Clifford Chance working in its London, Madrid, New York and Hong Kong offices and is now the resident partner in our London office. Since joining us, Jennifer has acted for a broad range of clients advising on the structuring and establishment of open and closed ended investment funds and has particular expertise in offshore fund related regulation and compliance. Jennifer also advises on general corporate transactions including preference share financings, restructurings and joint ventures. Jennifer has also advised major financial institutions, leasing companies and airlines on cross-border secured lending, export credit agency backed lending, sale and acquisition of leasing platforms and aircraft portfolios, aircraft leases and all forms of asset backed and capital markets transactions.
