James Webb Bio

James Webb is a finance partner in our Hong Kong office.  He has over 20 years’ legal experience gained at Allen & Overy in London and Singapore and as a partner of an offshore firm in the Cayman Islands and the BVI.  James specializes in advising on all forms of debt transactions including financing, fund financing, asset finance and structured finance as well as the funding of private equity deals and restructurings and provides expert initial and ongoing regulatory advice on all aspects of the structure.
