Guy Connell Bio

Guy Connell is a partner in our Hong Kong office having joined us after having practiced with Allen & Overy, Proskauer Rose in London and having headed up a Hong Kong based offshore firm’s corporate and funds team . Guy specializes in advising on the structuring of open and closed ended investment funds , mergers and acquisitions pre IPO and corporate finance. In particular Guy has specific expertise in advising sponsors and managers in PRC with regard to investment entities structured to flow funds both into and out of mainland China. Guy is well known in Hong Kong having advised major financial institutions, listed and private companies, asset managers and fund promoters.
