Anya Ritch Bio

Anya Ritch is a partner in the Corporate and Funds group in our Cayman office and advises on all aspects of corporate, commercial, finance and investment funds law. She joined the firm as a qualified Attorney in 2010 after completing her Articles of Clerkship with the firm. Anya has extensive experience advising on a broad range of corporate and investment fund matters, including formation, structuring, re-organisation, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation, termination and regulatory and licensing issues. Anya also advises on intellectual property registrations and vessel registrations.
