Agnes Molnar joins us from the London office of a leading international law firm as a partner in our corporate and funds group bringing over 12 years’ of experience in fund finance, structured and corporate lending and special situations. Agnes is a recognised expert in the funds finance space having advised financial institutions and investment funds across a broad range of fund finance products with particular emphasis on subscription financing, asset backed financing (NAV facilities), hybrid, GP support and co-invest facilities including financings via umbrella facilities and separately managed accounts. Agnes has also advised the boards of investment vehicles on financing diverse investments, including real estate, distressed assets and loan portfolios. As a Hungarian national, Agnes has an in-depth knowledge of the legal and business issues across the entire Central and Eastern European (CEE) region and is regularly advising on CEE and broader emerging markets financing.
