Hugh Hutchison Bio

Hugh is a partner in our Corporate Department, specialising in corporate M&A. He focuses primarily on private M&A projects for infrastructure funds and publicly listed clients. Hugh advises infrastructure funds on the acquisition or sale of assets in the UK and Europe (with a focus on renewable energy and transportation). He also works with listed company clients on their private M&A projects. Hugh spent two years working in the Travers Smith Paris office, focusing on private M&A projects across Europe for French clients.
