Dan Mcnamee Bio

Dan is a partner in our Corporate M&A and ECM Group, specialising in corporate finance. He leads the US Securities Law Group, with a primary focus on equity capital markets and other fundraising transactions. Dan specialises in cross-border corporate finance transactions, providing US federal securities law advice primarily in connection with non-US companies, investment funds, and investment banks seeking to raise capital from US investors. Dan has advised on capital markets transactions across the globe including Europe, Russia, China, India and Africa. Dan regularly advises on US tender-offer issues, as well as questions concerning US broker dealer rules, the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act.
