Adam is a partner in the Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Group. He also heads the Management Advisory Group focusing on advising management teams on all aspects of M&A transactions and equity incentivisation terms. Adam specialises in UK and international private equity transactions and M&A. Acting for institutional investors, founders, management teams, and corporate clients, he advises on a range of transactions including exits, acquisitions, investments and general corporate matters.
