Kaleigh Boyd practice focuses on advocating for consumers in class actions and helping individual clients in commercial cases. She represents plaintiffs in consumer protection and securities class actions around the country, and she was recently appointed to the Executive Committee representing plaintiffs in In re T-Mobile Customer Data Security Breach Litigation. Along with her Tousley Brain Stephens colleagues, Kaleigh also serves as Class Counsel for the settlement class in the Smartsheet Tender Offer Securities Litigation, and she plays a role in litigating cases against corporations like Apple and Accellion. Kaleigh dedicates her class practice to holding corporations accountable for harms they cause to their customers and to the public at large. Kaleigh also represents individual clients in cases involving real estate, contracts, and partnership disputes, as well as securities arbitrations. She works with clients on finding a practical approach to meeting their needs in litigation. Before she joined Tousley Brain Stephens, Kaleigh completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Robert H. Cleland in the Eastern District of Michigan.
