Yashita Sharma Bio

Yashita has extensive experience advising clients on strategic M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, and business transfers. Over the years, she has worked with a diverse clientele, including global private equity funds, multinational corporations, and Indian businesses on a variety of transactional and related corporate matters, and across industries such as petrochemicals, infrastructure, alcobev, aviation and healthcare. In addition to her transactional work, Yashita also regularly advises clients on employment law matters, including the design and implementation of equity incentive plans. Her clients include Air India, Investcorp, bp, Premier Energies and a leading GCC sovereign wealth fund. Yashita graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2015 and has been at Touchstone Partners since 2017.
