Pranay Bagdi Bio

Pranay is a corporate lawyer with around twelve years of experience. His extensive corporate practice covers complex private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other general aspects of Indian commercial law, advising both Indian and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. Pranay has represented prominent clients including bulge bracket and domestic PE/VC investors as well as new age companies and founders on a variety of transactional and related corporate matters across a range of sectors such as consumer, education, financial services, fintech, health-tech, infrastructure and logistics. Pranay graduated from the National Law University, Jodhpur, in 2012 and was admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in the same year. Prior to joining the firm, Pranay was a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai.
