Steven Rotchtin Bio

Steven's practice focuses on corporate law in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He advises private equity firms, pension plans and corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, divestitures, majority and minority investments, consortium transactions, co-investments, secondary transactions, joint ventures and other shareholders arrangements. With a dual call in Ontario and New York, Steven advises clients on transactions in Canada and the United States.
