Neville practices corporate and securities law with a focus on M&A, private equity and corporate finance transactions. Neville has significant transactional experience advising strategic buyers, financial sponsors and other institutional investors on their M&A activity, private equity investments, complex joint venture transactions and other partnering arrangements. He also regularly advises clients with respect to securities law and stock exchange compliance issues, as well as corporate governance matters.
