Leah Frank practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and public company advice. She routinely works with clients on both public and private M&A transactions, representing issuers, financial institutions, investment banks and pension plans. Leah also supports clients with ongoing corporate governance and securities law guidance, advising companies on regulatory compliance and best practices.
