At the LSC, Torys’ centre of excellence for high-volume, recurring corporate legal work, Chris oversees teams that review and negotiate contracts and carry out due diligence, public securities offerings, corporate reorganizations and other corporate law matters for Torys’ clients on an efficient and cost-effective basis. Chris also leads and participates in process improvement initiatives at the LSC and in the firm at large.
