Joseph Romagnoli regularly represents a variety of private equity sponsors, institutional investors and pension funds in all aspects of their investment activities in the U.S. and abroad, including consolidation programs, divestiture transactions, joint ventures and platform investments. He also advises debt and equity financiers in numerous transactions, including leveraged buyout transactions, leveraged recapitalizations and venture capital financings. Jay is co-head of the firm’s Private Equity practice and a former member of Torys’ Executive Committee.
