Guillaume Lavoie regularly represents nationally and internationally recognized private equity and institutional firms in private M&A transactions and equity deals across many sectors, including technology, media and communications, financial, infrastructure and manufacturing. For fund managers and institutional investors, Guillaume frequently advises on fund formation matters, especially in connection with structuring private equity and venture capital funds, hedge funds and funds of funds. He also has significant experience representing issuers and underwriters on public market transactions. Guillaume is fluent in French and English.
