His extensive experience includes advising on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships and project development. David’s robust experience spans the ecosystem of energy and infrastructure transactions, including all aspects of private M&A in various other industries, working closely with both energy and infrastructure companies as well as a wide range of private and publicly traded issuers, pension funds, private equity and other institutional investors.
