Dania Mastrorillo Bio

As a partner in our Corporate/Commercial Group, Dania Mastrorillo acts for clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. Dania works closely with clients at each stage of the transaction. She collaborates with clients at the outset of negotiating the terms of a deal and advises clients on closing the transaction. Dania also advises clients on general commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.
