Adrian Myers Bio

Adrian Myers is a partner of the firm in our Corporate/Commercial, M&A and Private Equity Groups. He provides counsel to clients in a wide range of commercial and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts, and corporate governance arrangements. Adrian’s practice focuses on private equity sponsored transactions, strategic mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, as well as general advice to private and public companies on corporate, operational and governance matters, including shareholders agreements, limited partnership agreements, services agreements, long-term incentive plans, phantom equity plans, and other employee incentive arrangements.
