David Tobin heads up the Firm's Corporate Department. David has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions of domestic and international corporate clients. David routinely counsels high net worth individuals and boards of directors in a wide variety of corporate matters, such as shareholder rights and corporate governance. David started his career with a prominent Florida firm and then served as General Counsel to public telecommunications companies until co-founding Tobin & Reyes in 1999. David is a member of the Florida Bar and the Firm's managing partner.
