Damien Bechelli Bio

Damien Bechelli is a partner and leads our Corporate team in Scotland. He has 20 years' experience as a corporate lawyer and specialises in providing corporate and commercial law advice to a range of local, national and international clients that include PLCs, investment funds, owner-managed and family businesses and entrepreneurs. He has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, group reorganisations and demergers. Damien works with clients across multiple sectors, including regularly advising clients in the future energy, food & drink and transport sectors. He is praised for his technical expertise and his track record managing complex transactions to a successful conclusion.
