Antonia Silvestri is a partner in the corporate team specialising in the situational area of turnaround, having been involved in 30+ turnaround assignments, across a range of industries including future energy, retail, manufacturing and technology. Antonia is an accredited Fellow of the IFT (Institute for Turnaround) and has particular experience in accelerated disposals of loss-making or non-core divisions, acquisitions of competitors in turnaround situations, and in solvent group restructurings, often alongside turnaround executives and CROs tasked with stabilising the business. Antonia is also a also a corporate partner in the Future Energy sector team and has led a number of M&A and JVs in onshore wind, ground mounted solar, hydro, waste-to-energy, battery storage, biomass and AD. Clients praise Antonia's approach, with one saying "As the deal moved and changed, Antonia was very flexible in restructuring and adapting the documentation, very creative in coming up with more than one solution and very fast working and committed." Antonia read law in Italy, trained with TLT and qualified in 2007.
