Paul Harley acts for a range of major, mid-tier and junior resource and energy companies in all aspects of project acquisition and development. He also acts for key infrastructure and service providers in the resources and energy sectors. Paul has experience in both the commercial and advisory aspects of resource and energy projects, from tenure issues and project acquisition to commercial contracts and project structuring. Paul appears regularly in the Warden’s Court of Western Australia and assists his clients to efficiently and effectively resolve resource and energy tenure disputes. He is skilled in negotiation of future act, expedited procedure and related native title matters and has assisted a range of both project developers and traditional owner clients. Paul has experience working for project financiers in both the debt and equity capital markets. He has a hands-on approach and enjoys the role of trusted adviser with his clients.
