Matthew Reynolds Bio

Matthew Reynolds is a Partner in Thomson Geer’s Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions teams. Matthew’s key areas of focus are mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, private equity and corporate advisory. He has particular expertise advising clients in the energy and resources, technology, agriculture, construction and manufacturing sectors. He approaches transactions with a level of commercial insight and acumen gained historically through both his in-house roles with clients across multiple sectors and his hands-on role on boards of both ASX listed and unlisted companies. His practice includes a significant cross-border element, particularly inbound investment to Australia from capital markets investors and business owners in the United States and Asia.
