Emma Cook key areas of focus are equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate advisory. She provides clients with access to high-level skills in areas that are heavily regulated and highly technical. Emma has a particular expertise advising clients in the health, life sciences, biotechnology, technology, agriculture, infrastructure, retail and manufacturing sectors. Emma's practice includes a cross-border component with an Asia-focus and she has expertise in capital markets and M&A transactions involving clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, the People’s Republic of China and Indonesia.
