Tom Litz is Co-Chair of Thompson Coburn LLP's Corporate Department. As a Partner in the firm's Corporate and Securities practice, Tom is primary outside counsel to a variety of businesses and institutions, including public and private companies, pension systems and civic organizations. Tom works with clients in a wide range of corporate and finance transactions and disputes, involving M&A, capital raising, board governance and strategic processes. He has deep expertise in corporate and securities law and investment management.
