Solveig Fagerheim Bugge Bio

Solveig joined Thommessen in 2003 and is a partner in the transaction group. She advises clients on private and public M&A transactions as well as capital markets transactions, and focuses particularly on PE clients and investment banks. Solveig is ranked as a "Leading Individual" in Capital Markets and "Next Generation Partner" in Commercial, Corporate and M&A in Legal500, and ranked in Capital Markets: Equity in Chambers & Partners. She is also ranked among the top 10 lawyers in Norway in Issues and IPOs in Kapital's annual lawyer survey.
