Jan J Greve has a corporate finance practice with emphasis on international debt and equity transactions within the maritime industry. His capital market experience includes private placements, sale and leaseback transactions and syndicated loans and guarantee facilities. He has represented ship owners in private placements of debt securities to investors within the U.S. and EU. He also assists with restructurings, joint ventures, ship sale and purchase transactions and chartering arrangements.
